About Yakima Wheat by Schlafly Beer

Born out of Schlafly's  close relationship with several hop farmers in Washington’s Yakima River Valley, this unfiltered wheat uses two distinctly aromatic hops: Challenger for its fruity, floral profile and Mosiac for its earthy notes of pine and citrus. The blend of wheat and barley lends a touch of toffee sweetness. Together they create a refreshing ale with a crisp, clean finish and a hoppy bite.

Made by Schlafly Beer

When we opened in 1991, we had no business plan beyond wanting to make great beer and food in a fun atmosphere and enjoy it with our community. To this day, our goals remain unchanged.
