You'd be surprised how much you like this beer, especially, you non-fruity beer drinking fans. The strong raspberry and citrus aromas make this beer the perfect summer patio beer.

The Beer Maven
I know declaring its so refreshing is an over used statement with beer writing but it’s my honest reaction with this beer. Raspberries & Citrus are strong players in the aroma game; they blend into the ale lingering on your palate lightly acting as more of a supporting role than a lead. I would recommend serving with raspberries or your fav citrus slice for a fun twist to pull out the fruit as a feature.
Yukon Brewing opened its doors in 1997 under the name Chilkoot Brewing Co. Ltd. Owners Alan and Bob conceived their idea like many Yukon babies – around a campfire on a canoe trip. Both Ontario natives, they’ve lived and worked in the Territory for a good deal of their adult lives.
