A farmhouse style witbier brewed with raw wheat, coriander, chamomile, and aged on 2.5kg of fresh yuzu peel.
Yuzo Peel is a Japanese citrus fruit this is a hybrid of a mandarin.
Our Yuzo Wit is bright and citrusy with a nice background spice from the yeast and coriander. It is slightly tart and refreshing.
