6 Bears & A Goat Brewing Company

6 Bears & a Goat Brewing Company is named after its founders (and the mascots of their respective military services). The six Bears are 20-year retirees from the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Goat is a retiree from the U.S. Navy. Collectively, the 6 Bears & the Goat have served their country for over 140 years. While they are very serious about brewing beer, they want to have fun doing it, and their name is indicative of that…it is also indicative of the good-natured rivalry between the Navy and their Nation’s oldest continuous seagoing service, the United States Coast Guard.
