A production brewery located in Chicago, we believe in pushing the envelope - looking for what's next. Our canvas is your glass. You can expect interesting new flavor/style/technique mash-ups from us. But never just to be gimmicky. If there's not a clear reason to believe an adjunct or change in SOP will add something to the style we're brewing, we won't do it. But if there is…well, who knows what can happen.
