Bedlam Brewery

We’re in our brand new brewery on a farm near Brighton. We feel passionately about our environment and embrace our rural location and local community. All the energy required for brewing comes from solar panels, we've planted and harvest our own hops and we even supply the farmer with all our spent grain to feed the cattle and hops for compost.

Bedlam currently offers 5 different core cask beers in addition to limited edition seasonal ales plus 4 core keg ales and bottle and a NEW can range. We’re proud to have been awarded 4 SIBA GOLD medals at the 2018 SIBA Beer Awards including Overall Cask Beer Champion for the South East for our Phoenix Extra American Pale 3.9%. Vegan versions of our beers are available on request.

This year we’re proud to be one of the Pride City Angels supporting City and Community Fundraising Initiatives and celebrating the amazing diversity of our local community. Our range of beers will feature across many of the pubs celebrating PRIDE in Brighton, London and indeed across the UK, will play a part, none more so than the PRIDE inspired East Coast Pale Ale, ’WILDE’; named after the legend that is Oscar Wilde. With an eye catching pump clip/lens design that reflects the PRIDE rainbow flag colours, you certainly won’t miss it on the bar!

Behind the Bedlam it’s always a barrel of fun and we have a fantastic team who are brewing up a storm to bring you some exciting, new stuff!
