Using Lynn's exceptional water source, we brew on a 15-barrel system and also a 3.5-barrel pilot system. We are a self-canning, self-distributing brewery with an onsite taproom. In addition to using standard steel fermenters, we are the first brewery east of the Mississippi River to use concrete vintner tanks typically used for wine fermentation in Sonoma.

Our taproom features 14 taps, allowing for experimental batches offered onsite in addition to our canned production releases. The taproom is a BYO-food establishment, meaning we welcome and encourage patrons to bring their own food and even have their favorite local take-out delivered to their table. In the warmer months, Bent Water will host a rotation of local food trucks.
