Tooele's newest brewpub began producing quality craft-brewed beer in late 2012 and opened its doors to the public in March 2013.
The beautiful two-story restaurant and pub overlooks the Great Salt Lake and features a broad menu of pub classics and new takes on old favorites. Bonneville offers both a family-friendly restaurant with a kids menu and an adults-only bar on the second floor.
In conjunction with craft beer veteran Eric Dunlap, Head Brewer Dave Watson began formulating recipes for the Bonneville line of craft beers in October of 2012. Since then, he has been building the roster with new staples and a constantly developing line of seasonal beers. In addition to the ales and lagers brewed in the Tooele facility, Bonneville also offers house-made root beer and cream soda.
Bonneville also offers full bar service with classic mixed drinks as well as a line of custom cocktails and alcohol-free mocktails.
