Out of a desire to introduce connoisseurs to the flavours of yesteryear, we went for an old-fashioned manufacturing process, meaning our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised and carbon dioxide-free.

Our beers come in flip-top bottles and are packaged in solid wooden crates. Our beer is also available in large formats from 1.5L to … 18L (Biggest Bottle of Beer in the world), which perfectly reflect the exclusive character of our products.

THE BEST LOCAL INGREDIENTS
Aside from the remarkable quality of our well water (the region is known for its numerous springs), our master brewer only uses the best sugars, hops and malts thanks to the meticulous work of local suppliers.
