About Brasserie Dépareillée
Brasserie Dépareillée is the initiative of Martin Poirier and Raphaël Richard. In 2003, Martin graduated from a restaurant and food service management technique at the ITHQ. In addition to having been a chef in several large establishments in Montreal, it is subsequently that he will transpose his knowledge and the subtlety of flavors through the creation of beers. Martin then brewed for more than a 10th year at home before exercising his work professionally by working as a Master Brewer at Bistro-Brasserie Les Sœurs Grises MTL & Trois-Rivières for more than 5 years. It was subsequently that the idea of an industrial brewery arose and that Brasserie Dépareillée was born in the magnificent region of Maskinongé, Yamachiche.
Raphaël, meanwhile, graduated in communication & speech sciences from the Lassalle Conservatory in 2007. After a certificate in event organization at the ITHQ, he has been working in the field for over 10 years and has led at over time several important teams within large restaurant companies. He also had the pleasure of working on the development of the two Gray Nuns branches as director of catering. The development and direction of marketing, branding and positioning of a brewing company have all been important areas of his work. His talent has also been praised for his involvement with the SDC and various tourist associations in Quebec. It is the meeting of the two acolytes that will be in the spotlight of the creation of Brasserie Dépareillée.
