About Boréale (Brasseurs du Nord)
The Brewers of the North, the Quebec microbrewery which is known for the Boréale beers, was founded in 1987 by three passionate people who wanted to create an original beer, pure malt and entirely natural. A year later, the first red of Quebec, La Boréale Rousse, was launched.
Since then, the microbrewery has been supporting the local brewing industry, encouraging the creation of new products and brewing beers according to best craft and environmental practices.
