About Bujska Pivovara
In last two decades, Istria developed into one of the most desired and well-known gastronomy destinations in Southeastern Europe. Numerous well-known specialities of this peculiar traditional cuisine - such as truffles, wild asparagus, “boscarin” beef, lamb, dried ham and homemade cheese - can be tasted in San Servolo restaurant.
