Nuestro empeño en crear Cervezas Artesanales, es ofrecerte una experiencia memorable, en cada botella te espera una manifestación de colores, aromas y profundos sabores que solo es posible encontrar en cervezas categoría Premium, hechas con amor por la cerveza. Hacemos cervezas con recetas diseñadas para el paladar de los nuevos consumidores, aquellos que no sólo buscan refrescarse, sino disfrutar una experiencia que transforme sus sensaciones en emociones.

Pero ¿Cómo comenzó?

Cervecería 5 de Mayo, nace en Atlixco Puebla, el 5 de Diciembre de 2012, producto de la confianza de 6 apasionados por la cerveza en una gran idea, mismos que hasta hoy comparten el entusiasmo por este arte. La Hacienda de San Mateo en el corazón de Atlixco es nuestra casa, se fundó en el siglo XVII y es un lugar icónico, no solo por su belleza sino también por su valor histórico.

Patrice Schoune

Viene de una larga línea de agricultores belgas y de la segunda generación establecida en Canadá, un apasionado del mundo de la cerveza. Actualmente, Patrice mantiene la excelencia en el gusto y sabor de las cervezas; el amor al producto desde su concepción, producción y finalmente, hasta su distribución en cervezas artesanales. But how did it start?

Cervecería 5 de Mayo, was born in Atlixco Puebla, on December 5, 2012, the product of the confidence of 6 passionate about beer in a great idea, which until today share the enthusiasm for this art. The Hacienda de San Mateo in the heart of Atlixco is our house, it was founded in the 17th century and is an iconic place, not only for its beauty but also for its historical value.

It comes from a long line of Belgian farmers and the second generation established in Canada, passionate about the world of beer.
