La Cervecería Caudillo nace del entusiasmo de un grupo de socios aficionados a la buena cerveza y su interés por descubrir y producir nuevos estilos que agraden a paladares experimentados y logren acompañar platillos típicos de México.

Nuestro jefe cervecero ha recorrido algunos lugares distantes para conocer de cerca la producción cervecera artesanal, hecho que lo ha llevado a Argentina en donde conoció a algunos de los maestros cerveceros creadores de algunas de las mejores cervezas artesanales del continente americano y donde comenzó el aprendizaje de esta actividad ancestral que algunos datan del año 3,500 antes de nuestra Era.

Cervecería Caudillo was born from the enthusiasm of a group of partners who love good beer and their interest in discovering and producing new styles that please experienced palates and accompany typical Mexican dishes.

Our chief brewer has traveled some distant places to learn about craft brewing production, which has taken him to Argentina where he met some of the master brewers who created some of the best craft beers in the Americas and where he began learning this ancestral activity that some date from the year 3,500 before our Era.
