One of our core values has always been "Be the change you wish to see in others," -Mahatma Gandhi. We are looking at ourselves and our business from within and working on inclusion and diversity programs and training. We are committed to doing the long term work it takes to establish this groundwork. We won't always get it right, but we are focused on moving forward in a positive direction of inclusion. This includes partnerships within our community, reassessing our pipeline of talent, fostering a mentor program within the hospitality industry, and reevaluating our marketing message and reach.
