Istorija
1993 metais mažame Aukštaitijos miestelyje – Pakruojyje, privačioje namų valdoje, buvo įkurta privati V. Daujoto įmonė Davra, kurios pagrindinė veikla buvo alaus gamyba ir mažmeninė prekyba. Tuo metu Daujotų alaus darykla gamino šiame krašte populiarų kaimišką alų. Alus buvo gaminamas mediniuose kubiluose, kurių vienas buvo reikalingas salyklo apcukrinimui, kitas – misos fermentavimui, o viso buvo galima pagaminti iki 200 litrų per dieną. Jaunas alus buvo košiamas į ąžuolines statines, kuriomis buvo tiekiamas į prekybą. 2005 metais Daujotų darykla pertvarkyta į uždarąją akcinę bendrovę ir perkelta į naują alaus daryklą, kuri yra įsikūrusi nuostabioje Kruojos upės pakrantėje. Daujotų alaus darykla šiuo metu yra subūrusi kruopštų ir atsakingą kolektyvą, nuolat siekiantį pateikti vartotojams tik patį kokybiškiausią alų.

Family brewery
Daujota Brewery has been managed exclusively by the Daujota family for more than 30 years and is one of the few breweries of private Lithuanian capital, which form a separate and unique sector of the Lithuanian beer industry.

Visit the Daujotai brewery and see with your own eyes how live beer is made, taste the malt, smell the hops and get to know the natural beer production process. The tour of the brewery ends with a luxurious beer tasting and snacks in the tasting room decorated with exclusive oak and enchanting views.

History
In 1993, in the small town of Aukštaitija - Pakruojji, on a private homestead, V. Daujotos' private company Davra was founded, the main activity of which was beer production and retail sale. At that time, the Daujotai brewery produced country beer popular in this region. Beer was produced in wooden vats, one of which was needed for the sugaring of the malt, the other for the fermentation of the wort, and a total of up to 200 liters per day could be produced. Young beer was pressed into oak barrels, which were used to supply the market. In 2005, the Daujotai brewery was transformed into a closed joint-stock company and moved to a new brewery, which is located on the beautiful banks of the Kruojas river. Daujoti brewery currently has assembled a careful and responsible team, constantly striving to provide consumers with only the highest quality beer.
