Headquartered in the highly anticipated Overland Neighborhood of central Denver, Declaration Brewing is housed on half an acre with excellent access to RTD light rail (Evans Station) and major transportation arteries. Declaration is the first certified green Denver brewery and is competently equipped with a 20 barrel brew system (4 vessels), state of the art canning line, quality assurance laboratory, proprietary yeast program and much more.

Our taphouse, Preamble Tap Room, includes an 8,000-sq.ft. beer garden with internal food truck, occasional live music, and rad yard games! The newly renovated beer garden includes an outdoor stage, cornhole and game area, several comfortable lounges, ample sunny and shaded seating and a legal dog friendly patio!

Inside the brewery you will find many large TV’s, tons of board games, 40 taps and one of the most posted about men’s bathrooms in Denver, fully equipped with keg urinals!
