About Ferme du Tarieu
La Ferme du Tarieu is a fourth generation agricultural company that wishes to combine working in the land and brewing. Our brewery is located directly at the entrance to the village of Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade, in Mauricie.
This town rich in history allows us to give free rein to our creativity. We want to showcase the terroir and Quebec know-how, through our beers and spirits. These are made with passion, using our ingredients grown locally on our land, under the guidance of our ancestors.
Each year, more than 50 tonnes of malting barley are harvested to then be used in the production of beers and spirits that faithfully personify our terroir. Come and learn more about the history of the company and agriculture related to beer in our agri-museum by visiting the mezzanine of our pub.
