Fjellbryggeriet

Fjellbryggeriet vart starta av Margit og Aasmund Rinde i 2013 i Åmotsdal, og etablerte seg raskt som ein god leverandør av gode håndverksøl. Hausten 2015 tok dei beslutningen om å leggja inn meskeårane. Einar på Tuddal Höifjeldshotel sette då igang ein prosess med å få flytta bryggeriet til Tuddal og halda på det i Øvre Telemark. Som sagt så gjort, så er no bryggeriutstyret flytta til i kjellaren på Gildehallen, liggjande 828 moh. Bryggarutstyret er gunstigast for produksjon av overgjæra øl, og vi bryggar difor primært ales i ulike variantar. I tillegg til produksjon kan vi tilby ølsmakingar og omvising i bryggeriet, og i samarbeid med hotellet kan dei og tilby kulinariske opplevingar i kombinasjon med øl.

Fjellbryggeriet was started by Margit and Aasmund Rinde in 2013 in Åmotsdal, and quickly established itself as a good supplier of good craft beer. In the autumn of 2015, they made the decision to enter the mash fields. Einar at Tuddal Höifjeldshotel then started a process to move the brewery to Tuddal and keep it in Upper Telemark. As said and done, the brewery equipment has now been moved to the basement of Gildehallen, lying at 828 m above sea level. The brewing equipment is most favorable for the production of top-fermented beer, and we therefore primarily brew ales in different varieties. In addition to production, we can offer beer tastings and tours of the brewery, and in collaboration with the hotel they can also offer culinary experiences in combination with beer.
