About Flying Boats Brewing
Flying Boat Brewing is a southeast New Brunswick micro-brewery. The brewery started in our garage in June 2015 and licensed under a 2 BBL system, after several years of home brewing and developing new recipes. We expanded to a new 15 barrel brew house in January 2018, with a canning line, and a fully licenced taproom, with beer flight samples, pints, growler fills and 473 mL cans.
The “Flying Boats” moniker and beer names in general are a nod to the history of transportation in southeast New Brunswick, including its early aviation, railway, ships and boats, and highway travel. This part of NB has a unique and interesting history that will be celebrated with full bodied and flavourful craft beers that will be tied to some of these stories.
