About Foamers’ Folly Brewing Co.

As the first craft brewery in Pitt Meadows we’re new to the block, but we’re definitely not new to the craft. With over 20 years of collective brewing experience we’re here, first and foremost, to make outstanding beer. Which is to say, beer that stands out. Because we don’t want to be a replica.

And if that means taking risks, well then hand over the scissors we’re going for a run. The way we see it, playing it safe leads to drinking it boring. So in every aspect, from the setup of our brewhouse, to our unique structure of three equal brewers instead of one, we’re on track for unusual.

Designed for experimentation, our brewhouse is laid out a little different than most. For starters, we took the same sky’s-the-limit approach to our construction as we do to our beers. Rather than leave any inch unused, we got creative, and very vertical. The space is literally filled to the rafters with brewing potential.

Here’s where things get interesting. Instead of the typical large-capacity brewhouse coupled with a mini pilot test system, we decided to take the track less travelled and built two full brewhouses under one roof. The main system, at 2000 litres, will produce our mainstays, while the other setup, at 500 litres, is where we’ll get to play. And at that size, you can be part of the process. We’ll put these experimental editions on tap and you can tell us if you want more. If there’s enough interest, they could be added to our regular lineup. Regardless, we’ll be sharing them all. The good, the bad, and the folly.
