The amalgam of our common passions gave us the idea of cultivating cereals, developing our recipes and creating our own brewery products. After a first harvest in the autumn of 2010, we had our raw material to start our production and offer our products on the market.
The official launch took place on August 15, 2011. Since then, we have expanded our premises and have added fermenters which allows us a greater production. Today, in 2017 we have 10 products offered on the market. At the farm, we offer the opportunity for people to come and discover how we make beer by organizing agro tourism tours for small groups. All stages of production, including brewing, fermentation, filtration, bottling, labeling and packaging are explained, followed by a tasting of all our products at our showroom.
