At Ghostfish Brewing Company, we’re reinventing beer from the ground up. It starts with our use of unusual malted grains: millet, buckwheat, and brown rice. All produced in small batches in dedicated gluten-free facilities. From there, we apply our true northwest craft spirit, using choice Yakima Valley Hops and other local ingredients to create our diverse portfolio of boundary-pushing craft beers.

In addition to being a great place to enjoy our amazing gluten-free beers, our taproom is also a full restaurant with a dedicated gluten-free kitchen!  Featuring the creations of chef Joshua Beckham, we offer an evolving variety of fresh & flavorful foods, from small veggie plates to hearty burgers, all designed to perfectly complement our beers.
