High Water Brewing

Leveraging his successful 15 year brewing career, Brewmaster Steve Altimari has partnered with John Anthony, another seasoned veteran of the craft brewing industry, to start their own California Bay Area venture, High Water Brewing. 

Inspired by the most creative brewing practices and styles across the world, Steve and John's love of beer and unbridled passion for all things flavorful have led to a line of products that represent the very best of the best. Together they have combined their visions of creating unique, flavorful beers and distributing them to as many people as possible.

Partnering with award-winning Hermitage Brewing Company as our primary production house we will be producing beers in 12oz & 22oz bottles as well as 5 gal and 15.5 gal kegs. Our high volume production brewing will be done at the San Jose brewery.

High Water Brewing also holds a small beer manufacturer license in Pittsburg, California. We are in an alternating proprietorship agreement with EJ Phair brewing. We have installed 2 x 30 bbl fermenters and are brewing one of a kind 30 bbl batches. These beers are marketed as High Water Brewing Tributary Series beers. Draft only releases.

High Water Brewing distributing and warehouse license are located in Petaluma, California. Our corporate office is located in Chico, California and the business operations and primary federal permit are held in Stockton, California.
