We are a 10.5 barrel dual train micro- brewery based in Grangemouth. We brew a mix of contemporary styles alongside traditional classic recipes.

Our Beers

From long forgotten ales brought back from the dead to modern new age beers in a serving format you wouldn’t expect.

We brew real ales in cask and craft beer in keg.

Who We Are

Hybrid is made up of James Gilbert and Rab Lee, founded in 2016.

We use an 8 barrel kit for our core range and more mainstream offerings, and a 2.5 barrel brew plant for the more unusual and experimental.
