Lacons Brewery

Returning after a 45 year hiatus in 2013, we began brewing again using the original Lacons yeast. Since then we have been recognised on a local, national and international basis, winning many awards for our fine ales.

Over the years, the brewery has produced an extensive range of draught and bottled beers that have been savoured by generations of appreciative ale drinkers. Ranging from Audit Ale, brewed specifically for Oxford and Cambridge College’s ‘Audit Days,’ to the renowned Highlight, a strong pale ale named after the celebrated TV programme of the day.

In addition to our range of multi award winning ales, Lacons distributes upwards of two thousand product lines from Keg, Craft and Cask Beer to Fine Wines, Premium Spirits, Soft Drinks and everything in between to thousands of licensed establishments every week of the year.
