About Le Bilboquet Microbrasserie
Founded in 1990 and located in downtown Saint-Hyacinthe, this neighborhood bistro quickly set itself apart thanks to its microbrew beer and its warm atmosphere.
After years of constant growth, it now specializes in craft beers. We brew a wide variety of quality beers, twelve of which are on tap and available to sample on-site. Our products are currently available from more than 800 locations.
