Liberty Village Beverage Co.

After learning about Liberty Village and its history, we fell in love with the area. Formerly home to a maximum-security prison, Liberty Village, more specifically Liberty Street, is where many prisoners took their first steps of freedom. We wanted to break free from sugars and found the brand name Liberty Village quite fitting.

We use a unique fermentation process to remove all natural sugars from our apples. Instead of adding any sugars or sweeteners back in we opted to package it as is to create a one of a kind cider.

Using only 100% Ontario Apples with zero preservatives and uniquely fermented to zero sugar (with no sugar re-added like most ciders), our dry cider is a toast to freedom and an openness to change.
