About Lindheim Ølkompani
Lindheim is on 1,000 acres, of which 100 acres is fruit. We grow plums, apples, cherries, and morels harvested in August/September.
We base our beers and ciders on fruit, malt, and hops from where these are best grown. Several of our beers are brewed when the fruit is harvested. Therefore, we have several seasonal beers that vary yearly.
We welcome guests in the summer. Between St. Hans and until mid-August, the bar and sales are open, and you can go on your own in the brewery and cellar. In the autumn, we have available beer and fruit sales days during the fruit season (August – September).
We have limited opening hours during the winter months
We are part of the Fruktbygda network. A network of small businesses that offer unique experiences and tastes from Sauherad. Companies dealing with galleries, fruit and juice production, accommodation, farm tourism, etc.
See www.fruktbygda.no for more information.
