Kat is an award-winning homebrewer, originally from Denver, Colorado. She has a passion for experimenting with grain builds, hop schedules, and yeast strain combinations. When she's not making beer or working on the brewery, she works in product engineering at Adobe software and does as much SoulCycle as possible. A member of Pink Boots Society and the BJCP.
