Located in the heart of downtown Victoriaville opposite Carré 150, the Hermite microbrewery Resto-pub invites you to discover several craft beers, a variety of Scotch Single Malt, as well as a varied menu highlighting the homemade products and those of the soil.

In a warm atmosphere and a relaxed decoration, you will be charmed by our products and our exceptional staff.

Our microbrewery also takes an environmental approach by:

- buying as much as possible locally, which reduces the ecological footprint related to transport and encourages the local economy;

- by composting our table scraps and other consumer products since 2016 (straws, placemats, etc.), which has reduced our waste by more than 90% at the restaurant-pub.
