Our brewers start early and work late, dedicated to making great, consistent, creative beers. Our staff hustles to serve our customers both in the taproom and at guest events all around town. And we all have one thing in common: We love beer and we love RBC. If you’re invested in your product, your work is fun. It’s that simple. A lot of the time, you’ll find us hanging out around the taproom after our work is done, just because we love it here and we love each other.
While much of our beer is unique and experimental, we hold ourselves to the highest quality standards. We don’t send something out to the market unless we’re confident it’s as good as we can get it. Our brewers are trained professionals with a passion for the craft, and we hold monthly trainings to make sure each member of our staff – from the guy who sweeps the floors to the taproom manager and everyone in between – knows what we’re offering inside and out. Everyone who wears the RBC staff shirts can talk about our beers, and that’s because we want to make sure you’re getting an accurate picture of what we’re serving, no matter who you ask.
