Avec une vue imprenable sur sa brasserie, une sélection de bières en constante évolution et une panoplie de scotchs et whiskys, le Siboire Dépôt a pour mission de vous faire découvrir et apprécier le monde brassicole sous toutes ses facettes. Vous pourrez même y satisfaire votre appétit marin en dégustant l’un des meilleurs Fish&Chips de la province.

Siboire Dépôt, our first branch was opened in November 2007, is located in the heart of downtown in a heritage building that once housed the Sherbrooke train station. With a breathtaking view of its brewery, a selection of constantly evolving beers and a variety of scotchs and whiskeys, Siboire Dépôt's mission is to make you discover and appreciate the world of brewing in all its facets.
