About Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Company

Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling is owned and operated by life-long Alaskans. Brewery opened in February 1998 with the new restaurant & bar opened in May 2007. 24 BBL (750 GAL.) brewhouse, with 75 BBL (2325 GAL.) fermenters. Maximum annual capacity of 4000 BBL (124,000 GAL.) with present fermenters. Located in the Historic Mining District of Fox, Alaska, 10 miles north of Fairbanks on the Steese Highway. We are America’s most northern brewery/brewpub. Our bottling facilities in Fox, Alaska are capable of packaging up to 200 bottles per minute at full speed. Typical bottling runs occur at 120-180 bottles per minute. Our filtration system is considered 'state of the art' for a facility of much larger capacity. All of our beers are brewed using the legendary Fox spring water, the finest malted barley, hops and yeast.
