Nuremberg and its craft have always set standards - even when brewing beer. Since 1303, the "Nuremberg Barley Law" has ensured that only what should be in it comes into the beer. In 1672, the archives finally report on the origin of our brewery: the Municipal Weizenbräuhaus.
