Chef Chuy De La Torre of The Good Seed, formerly Urge Gastropub
Chef Mike Arquines, founder of The Lab: Dining Sessions
+ Surprise Chef
-1st Anniversary Festa Imperial, Oatmeal Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels for 9 months.
- 2nd Anniversary All You Need is Love Scotch Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels for 13 months. 9.4% ABV
- Belgian Wit Beer, a Collab Series² Release brewed with Laura Ulrich from Stone Brewing Co.
- Sieze the Coffee IPA (need we say more? it's a perfect breakfast beer!)
Course 4 will be a collab dish between the chefs paired with our 2nd Anniversary Bourbon Barrel Aged Scoth Ale!
About the Chefs:
Chef Chuy is a charismatic cook with 17 years behind the scenes creating incredible eats. You may know him and his take on asian-fusion from Urge Gastropub. We're excited to support his new venture, The Good Seed, opening soon in Miramar.
Chef Mike Arquines is the upbeat foodie-loving founder of The Lab: Dining Sessions and has been serving up culinary specialties since 2008. He is also the co-founder and Head Roaster at the much-loved specialty micro-roaster, Mostra Coffee.
