Die Pie's first ever five course meal and beer dinner! We teamed up with parallel 49 brewery and beer expert Myles Myroon to bring you a night like no other.
First Course: Beet Tartar, remoulade, GF toast and a vegan egg yolk, paired with craft pilsner
Second Course: Pesto ricotta ravioli, jerkface beurre blanc, pickled shallots, aged cashew Parmesan and Paired with Jerkface 9000
Third Course: Chicken and waffles, cinnamon butter, raspberry maple porter sauce paired with Schwarzwald a chocolate cherry porter
Fourth Course: Maitake steak wellington, truffle sauce, potato pave, soya caramel foam, shaved asparagus and zuchini salad and paired with Gypsy Tears a ruby ale
Fifth Course: Tres leches (Spanish milk cake), vanilla foam, IPA infused syrup, plantain chip and paired with Filthy Dirty an American style IPA
All the dishes are new and unique to Die Pie and may contain gluten, soy and nuts.
