Through beer tastings and a silent auction, Calgary's Wild Rose Brewery is hosting an educational and charitable evening for those who want to support children in need of treatment for epilepsy.

Currently, there are over 3000 children in the Alberta's Children Hospital seeking treatment for epilepsy. There are multiple treatments for epilepsy, and the Alberta Children's Hospital is rebuilding the epilepsy prgram to ensure better support to treat the rapid increase of epilepsy diagnosed in children.

Throughout the night, you'll be able to enjoy different beers offered by the Wild Rose Brewery. Guest speakers Dr. Julia Jacobs Levan, Epileptologist, and Dr. Walter Hader, Neurosurgeon, will introduce the new plan to grow the epilepsy program at the Alberta Children's Hospital, and you'll also get to hear a mother's first-hand experience living with a child dealing with epilepsy.

$75 of the tickets will be donated directly to help support the new program. The ticket will include appetizers, and beer tasting guide, as well as your participation in the silent auction.
