Beginner Brewing - Making Beer with Extract Kits

For all beginner brewers or brewers who have taken a long hiatus, Beginner Brewing - Making Beer with Extract Kits is a great primer on the Do's and Don't of brewing with extract. A longtime home brewer will review the basics of brewing, covering common terms and fermentation principals.

During this two-hour course, participants will make a 5-gallon extract recipe kit as a class, the style of which will be determined by a poll sent to attendees the week of the course.

Beginner brewers ages 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID are welcome to attend.
