So you bought your first beer extract recipe kit...now, what? On November 19, join us and other beginner brewers to make beers with extract kits. This class is a great primer on the Do's and Don't of brewing with extract. A longtime home brewer will review the basics of brewing, covering common terms and fermentation principals.
During this two-hour course, participants will make a 5-gallon extract recipe kit as a class, the style of which will be determined by a poll sent to attendees the week of the course.
Beginner brewers ages 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID are welcome to attend.
