Big Rock Heritage Park Interpretive Brew Feb.9

Enroll in one of our Big Rock Craft Beer Calgary Brewing Courses! This workshop is a must for the Calgary beer lover. It’s a chance to learn how to make beer and participate in the brewing process from start to finish. You’ll be guided by no less than the best, professional brewmasters Alan Yule and Neil Bamford. During this hands-on, 2½-hour session, you’ll earn amateur brewmaster status as you mill, mash, sparge, boil, cool, pitch, ferment and package your way to hand-crafted beer greatness with the expertise of a Calgary brewery. A small snack and samples of the type of beer that you are brewing will be provided at the event. Eight weeks later, you’re invited to return to Heritage Park and pick up a bottle of your very own craft beer creation.
