Every Thursday at 2pm in the Tasting Room we tap a unique, one-off beer and pour it straight from the cask! Glasses are $5 and available for one day only!

November 23: Smash Saison with Fresh Hops
November 30: Stout with Cocoa nibs, Ancho Chilli’s, Mexican Cinnamon and organic Agave syrup.
December 7: Guest Cask from Big Ridge Brewing – SMASH with Vic Secret Hops, Huell Melon hops and Sslt
December 14 :Rye Amber with Newfie Screech
December 21: Stout with Kahula
December 28: Guest Cask from Full Barrel Homebrew Club - Imperial Stout with Rebel Yell oak and Whiskey!! 

Cask beer is lightly carbonated and dispensed straight from the cask which gives it a fuller taste & creamier mouth feel than other types of draught. This is “real ale”

After primary fermentation, the beer is transferred into the cask with a dose of fresh yeast and priming sugar, bunged up tightly and left to undergo a secondary fermentation. This provides carbonation levels half that of any of our normal products
