No pairing is quite as nice as beer and meat. Join us in the Homestead as we explore salumi like we haven't before by tasting salamis, mortadella, proscuitto, and more! We'll walk you through how each meat is made and the art of butchery. Each meat will be paired with a beer that will compliment the flavors of the meat. Invite everyone (except your vegetarian friends)!
