A unique dinner experience where each course will be paired with a craft beer from a local Craft Brewery here in Calgary; hosted by our Executive Chef Dave Philips and the Brewery themselves. Each guest will enjoy an amuse-bouche followed by three courses that are paired with complimenting beer and finally dessert... also paired with beer! A fun night out, with family style tables to meet & mingle with other food & beer lovers in the south.
Included in each ticket is a 4 course dinner with beer pairings, taxes & gratuity.

Seared Pork Belly – Beet, Manchego, Watercress, Citrus Vinaigrette
Trolley 5 NEIPA– Hazy in color, loaded with tropical fruit flavors and a smooth, silky mouthfeel.
Curried Lamb Sirloin – Garlic Gnocchi, Spiced Tomato Puree
Trolley 5 Hi-Five IPA – Coppor Colored Five-Hop IPA, may cause random high fives!
Peanut Butter Semifreddo – Dark Chocolate Wafer, Coffee Crumble, Peanut Brittle
