Join Karen Jocelyn to learn all about Kombucha and why fermented foods are so good for you and your gut! This workshop will teach you how to safely make your own Kombucha, get you prepared to start brewing at home, and mixing in different flavours, brews, beers and mixed drinks!

This workshop will inclulde all the supplies to get you started including: SCOBY, Starter Tea, First Brew (made in workshop), and supplies and ingredients for your second brew at home, as well as detailed instructions and a 21 day follow up program to make sure your home brew is as delicious and healthy for you and your gut!
