1st. Pilsner – Czech saaz hops provide a floral aroma and finish to the #1 Pilsner in B.C. 2015 and 2017.

Paired with salumi misti: Cured prosciutto de Parma, home-made fig jam, croustini

2nd. Marzen – Easy drinking German Amber Lager with notes of caramel and toasty biscuit.

Paired with beef consommé en croute

3rd. Pale Ale – A delicious English style pale ale that is fruity, piney and has a tropical hop flavour, complimenting a malty base.

Paired with braised bison short rib tagliatelle

4th.Parklife – A refreshing blonde ale infused with passionfruit for a crisp tart flavour and full tropical aroma.

Paired with brome Lake roasted duck breast, semolina gnocchi ‘romani’, cherry gastrique

5th. Choqlette Porter – Three chocolate additions for flavour and aroma, with French Aramis hops giving it a mild aroma beneath the roastiness and chocolate.

Paired with alberta venison chop, potato rosti, grilled rainbow chard

6th. Spicy Nuggs – Roasted rye malts laythe base, while spicy nugget hop hash and smoky chipotle pepper bring the heat

Paired with pecan bread pudding with whisky dark chocolate ganache
