Celebrate San Diego Beer Week with White Labs! For volume 21 of the Fermented Pairings Series, were taking over the San Diego Tasting Room for a special, SDBW-rendition featuring fermented brunch foods.
White Labs is teaming up with Biersal Food Truck in hosting this unique brunch. This volume of the Fermented Pairings Series will be a slightly different format and take place in a more casual setting with more emphasis on food, a good time and menu to help nurse you San Diego Beer Week hangover. Enjoy five beers perfectly paired with four brunch-themed plates, as each one showcases the culinary art of fermentation.
This event will be the final installment of FPS for 2017, and one you shouldn't miss! Stay tuned for more uniquely delicious editions in 2018.

First: Cultured yogurt, plum jam and toasted almonds
