La Scuola is bringing you this special edition of Formaggio & Vino featuring delicious local hard ciders and delectable cheeses! Come learn about the process of cider production while tasting 4 of the best local ciders in the New York area paired with mouthwatering cheeses. Guest instructor Dan Pucci will get right to the “core” of what makes a good hard cider. In this class, guests will:

  • Listen as Dan Pucci discusses hard cider production and what makes hard cider a great beverage choice - any time of year
  • Explore methods of production for different varieties of cheeses and ciders
  • Taste 4 ciders that will be served alongside 6 different cheeses, which have been masterfully paired by our instructors
  • Learn how to recreate your own cheese & cider tasting at home
  • Take home menus, cheese and cider tasting notes
