From Black Diamond, Alberta, Hard Knox strives to hand harvest specialty ingredients such as spruce tips, wild berries and other vegetation that are local to the area. This allows them to create exceptional beers with a truly Alberta flavour to them.
Please join us from 6-9PM on Wednesday March 27, 2019 for a special 5 course dinner and beer pairing where Executive Chef, Peter Skwaruk, has carefully paired each course with the tasting notes of each Hard Knox brew to celebrate flavours that pay homage to our Albertan roots.
