Come and join the most flexible heavy metal community in Los Angeles. This is Heavy Metal Yoga LA.

After a 75-minute yoga flow that is suitable for all levels soundtracked by the best selection of heavy metal, we'll enjoy a half-priced beer together in one of LA's best craft breweries.

  • Please bring your yoga mat and a towel.
  • Wear your favorite metal shirt to class!
  • Please arrive 15 mins before class to check in and set up.
  • Class is held INSIDE the brewery taproom.
  • Parking is FREE and plentiful around the brewery.
  • ALL yoga experience levels are welcomed and encouraged!
  • Participants will receive one discounted beer from the brewery at the end of class. No yoga under the influence!
